Less Than Jake, once of those all time goodies in a genre of music that really doesn’t get the kind of respect it deserves. These guys have put out album after album with continual quality and an overall great sound. With 7 albums there’s no question these guys are good, having gone independent with their own label, they have no more obligations to any record company and are producing what they want. It’s good to see these eternal bands stick together through it all and continue making solid records. Their latest album GNV FLA refers to an old airport code for their home town of Gainsville FL, which just goes to show the nostalgia for this album as the band tries to reconnect with their past through their music. Give them a listen and support them, keep them going!
